Infrascension
Infrascension is a labor of love for me as I walk my journey of awakening and self-discovery. A compilation of experiences, downloaded teachings, and guidance I have received from the Divine, my higher self, and other teachers, earthly and from other realms. The content focused on consciousness evolution, aimed at neurodiverse, and others on their journey of ascension.

To shift the global consciousness through the evolution and expansion of our own consciousness.
"As above, so below. As within, so without". This core teaching of the Masters is a foundational principle to help us understand core functionality of our reality to shift the global consciousness. The journey is always individual and starts from within. The spiritual downloads we receive are valuable, but the uploads of our own evolved consciousness are equally, if not more, important, as they affect change to the collective, and global consciousness.
As Īsā ibn Maryam, also known as Yeshua or Jesus, expressed in Matthew 7:3-5 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?" He followed this with "You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye." He rebuked us for pointing out the distortions in others without first addressing the distortions within.
Īsā ibn Maryam shared this knowledge for us to understand the distortions within our field of consciousness. The shadows distorting the information flowing through our field that we are unaware of. The journey of ascension is about clearing the distortions to release the veils of illusion that prevent us from seeing the truth. This is accomplished through building conscious awareness of ourselves, our thoughts, emotions, and the energetic signals we receive from our higher self, the Divine, and the world around us.
The more stillness we cultivate within, the more we can hear the guidance from our higher self and the Divine. Over time, our stillness begins to expand beyond us, affecting the collective consciousness around us, and expanding to the global consciousness. The shared stillness supports others around us to experience more clarity, and to potentially ignite their own journey of awakening and ascension.
My Journey
My awakening began when I was young, though I was not ready for the process. I had premonitions, knew things about people, and could see energetic threads connecting my heart to the world around me. At 16, a healer closed my third eye at the request of my higher self.
As a child, I was often disconnected from the world. My parents took me to psychologists and psychiatrists because I was quiet, didn't listen well, and stimming to self-soothe. I struggled with things like clothing, as I could feel the texture on my skin. It was like intense noise in my awareness, and I could not filter it out. At age nine, I was diagnosed with dyslexia, and in my twenties, I realized I also exhibited traits of Asperger's Syndrome, an Autism spectrum disorder.
Now in my 40s, as a parent to neurodiverse children, I've had to relearn what it means to be a good custodian. I initially struggled, trying to parent based on what I had learned growing up, which caused trauma for both my children and me. At the time, I was so disconnected from my own emotions and feelings that I was missing key energetic signals and guidance. I was unable to listen to what my children or higher self were telling me without words.
My spiritual journey of awakening reignited in 2019, though I was unaware until January 2023, when I had a profound expansion of consciousness on a flight from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur. You can hear the full story in the video below.
